Petition for Grant of Review Filed

No. 26-0086/AR. U.S. v. Devin T. Eddy. CCA 20240122.

Petitions for Grant of Review Denied

No. 25-0277/AF. U.S. v. William T. Cooley. CCA 40376. Upon consideration of the petition for grant of review of the decision of the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals and the government's answer to the supplement to the petition, we note that the government acknowledges that this Court has already held in United States v. Folts, __M.J.__, No. 25-0043/AF (C.A.A.F. Aug. 18, 2025) that it has jurisdiction over cases like the case at bar. We also note that the government's petition for reconsideration of Folts was denied. United States v. Folts, __M.J.__, No. 25-0043/AF (C.A.A.F. Sep. 24, 2025). Under Folts, we hold that the lower court had jurisdiction in this case. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petition is denied.
