Petition for Grant of Review Filed

No. 25-0258/AR. U.S. v. Darion A. Garcia. CCA 20240354.

Miscellaneous Docket - Summary Disposition

No. 25-0218/AR. In re Antonio R. Aden, Petitioner. On consideration of the petition for extraordinary relief in the nature of a writ of habeas corpus, it is ordered that the petition is denied without prejudice to Petitioner's right to raise the issues asserted during the course of normal appellate review.

Interlocutory Orders

No. 25-0158/MC. United States, Appellant. v. Danielle E. Deremer, Appellee. CCA 202300205. On consideration of the motion filed by the Victims' Legal Counsel Programs to present oral argument as amici curiae in support of Appellee, it is ordered that the motion is denied.

No. 25-0158/MC. United States, Appellant. v. Danielle E. Deremer, Appellee. CCA 202300205. On consideration of the motion filed by Appellant for an extension of time to file a reply brief and to consolidate replies to Appellee and Amici Curiae (Victim's Counsel Programs), we note that under C.A.A.F. R. 30(d), motions must be separately filed and may not be incorporated into any other pleading. We also note that the Rules do not afford Appellant a right to separately reply to an amicus curiae brief. As a matter of judicial economy, this Court will partially grant Appellant's motion for extension of time to file a reply. Accordingly, it is ordered that Appellant's motion for extension of time to file a reply brief is granted until September 12, 2025, and that Appellant's motion to consolidate replies to Appellee and Amici Curiae is denied.

No. 25-0173/AF. U.S. v. Jerin P. Menard. CCA 40496. Appellee's motion to extend time to file a brief is granted to September 23, 2025.

No. 25-0177/AF. United States, Appellant. v. John D. Kershaw, Appellee. CCA 40455. On consideration of Appellee's motion for summary disposition, it is ordered that the motion is denied.

No. 25-0244/AR. United States, Appellant. v. Isac D. Mendoza, Appellee. CCA 20210647. Appellant's motion to extend time to file a brief is granted to October 1, 2025.
