Case Summary: GCM conviction for preventing an authorized seizure of property and negligent homicide. Granted issues are: (1) whether the Army Court erred when it determined that agents were still "endeavoring to seize" the digital media on Appellant's phone after agents had already seized the phone; (2) whether Appellant was prejudiced where the military judge failed to instruct the panel in accordance with the plain language of the charge sheet; and (3) whether Appellant was deprived of her constitutional right to a unanimous verdict.
