petition, we note that the government acknowledges that this Court has already
held in United States v. Folts, __M.J.__, No. 25-0043/AF (C.A.A.F. Aug.
18, 2025) that it has jurisdiction over cases like the case at bar. We also
note that the government's petition for reconsideration of Folts was denied. United
