Appeals - Summary
Dispositions
No. 15-0390/AR. U.S. v. Kye C.
Womack. CCA 20140345. On further
consideration of the granted issue (__ M.J. __ (C.A.A.F. May 14, 2015)) and the briefs of the parties, we conclude
that there was a rational basis for the disparity in sentencing between the co-accuseds and that the affirmance
of Appellant's sentence by the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals was
neither an obvious miscarriage of justice nor an abuse of discretion.
Accordingly, it is ordered that the decision of the United States Army Court of
Criminal Appeals is hereby affirmed.
Interlocutory Orders
No. 15-0710/AR. Robert
B. Bergdahl, Appellant v. Peter Q. Burke, Lieutenant
