Case Summary: GCM conviction of aggravated assault, assault consummated by a battery, communicating a threat, broadcasting intimate visual images, and disrespect to an officer. Granted issue questions whether the military judge abused her discretion by accepting Appellant's guilty plea to a violation of Article 117a, UCMJ [wrongful broadcast or distribution of intimate visual images], when Appellant posted intimate videos of a person under circumstances where the person was not readily identifiable and there was no reasonable connection to the military environment.
