Case Summary: GCM conviction of aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecent liberties with a child, indecent acts with a child, production of child pornography, aggravated sexual abuse of a child, abusive sexual contact with a child, and sodomy of a child. Granted issue questions whether the 2016 amendments to Article 43, UCMJ, retroactively made the statute of limitations five years for indecent liberties and sodomy offenses charged under Articles 134 and 125, UCMJ, respectively.
