Court Closure Guidance

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces will be closed for weather conditions when the Office of Personnel Management (https://www.opm.gov) announces that federal offices in the Washington, DC, area are closed.

If inclement weather causes a delay in reporting to work on a day when oral arguments are scheduled, contact the Docket Room at 202-761-1452, the Clerk's Office at 202-761-1448, and the Court's website for further guidance.
