Passing the Gavel Ceremony

On September 27, 2011 at 1:00 pm, the Court will hold a special session of court for Chief Judge Andrew S. Effron to pass the gavel to incoming Chief Judge James E. Baker. The session is open to the public, and seating will be on a first-come basis.
