Stefan, __ M.J. __ (C.A.A.F. Dec 29, 2010), we hold that (1) by signing the charge sheet as trial counsel, acknowledging that she had caused the charge sheet to be served on the accused, Major Wright was disqualified, pursuant to Article 6(c), Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 806(c) (2006), from acting as the staff judge advocate in Appellant’s case; and (2) that Appellant was not prejudiced by the error.  Article 59(a), UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 859(a) (2006).  Accordingly, it is ordered that the judgment of the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals is hereby affirmed.

SPECIAL DOCKET MATTERS
