No. 07-0344/AR.  U.S. v. Kevin P. STOESER.  CCA 20030596.  On consideration of the petition for grant of review of the decision of the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals, we note that the convening authority reprimanded Appellant in his action.  However, a reprimand was not part of the adjudged sentence.  Accordingly, it is ordered that said petition is hereby granted, and that the decision of the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals is affirmed as to findings and to only so much of the sentence as provides for reduction to pay grade E-1, confinement for 13 years, and a dishonorable discharge. [See also ORDERS GRANTING PETITION FOR REVIEW this date.]
