| 1.) Pleading contains incorrect USCAAF and/or CCA docket number. |
| 2.) Pleading does not contain Bar number. |
| 3.) Pleading contains a social security number. |
| 4.) Pleading exceeds the maximun size permitted. |
| 5.) Pleading contains improper margin. |
| 6.) Noncompliance with Rule 24(a). The Court of Criminal Appeals decision must be attached.> |
| 7.) Certificate of Filing and Service lists incorrect date of filing. |
| 8.) Pleading incorrectly captioned. |
| 9.) Pleading does not contain the name, mailing address, Court Bar number, capacity, and rank, if any, of the person signing the document. |
| 10.) Pleading does not list factual or legal grounds for relief sought. |
| 11.) Motions will be separately filed and cannot be combinedined/incorporated with any other pleadings. |
| 12.) Pleadings shall be typewritten and doubled-space. |
