ELECTRONIC FILING

Most common reasons for pleadings being rejected.
  
1.) Pleading contains incorrect USCAAF and/or CCA docket number.
2.) Pleading does not contain Bar number.
3.) Pleading contains a social security number.
4.) Pleading exceeds the maximun size permitted.
5.) Pleading contains improper margin.
6.) Noncompliance with Rule 24(a). The Court of Criminal Appeals decision must be attached.>
7.) Certificate of Filing and Service lists incorrect date of filing.
8.) Pleading incorrectly captioned.
9.) Pleading does not contain the name, mailing address, Court Bar number, capacity, and rank, if any, of the person signing the document.
10.) Pleading does not list factual or legal grounds for relief sought.
11.) Motions will be separately filed and cannot be combinedined/incorporated with any other pleadings.
12.) Pleadings shall be typewritten and doubled-space.
