Who is eligible to participate?
Access to this electronic service is restricted to members of the Court’s Bar.
How do I register?
Download and complete the registration form. Mail or fax it back to the Court. You will receive electronic confirmation of your registration, including a LOGON and PASSWORD via email, within two business days after your request is received.
What if I don't know my USCAAF bar number?

Are there fees involved?
No, there are no filing or per use charges.
When does my pleading become officially filed?
Your motion or brief will be reviewed by the Court's Motions Clerk. Upon review your filing will be accepted or rejected. If accepted, your pleading will be filed and docketed as the Filing Date/Time shown on the electronic filing form. You will be notified electronically upon acceptance or rejection of your pleading.
How are electronically filed pleading signed?
When you file a pleading electronically with the Court using your LOGON and PASSWORD, you are deemed to have signed the document.
What if my contact information changes?
